AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR COOLSCULPTING®?
Good candidates for CoolSculpting have noticeable fat bulges in certain areas like the abdomen or back that they’d like to eliminate. CoolSculpting is a fat reduction procedure and is specifically designed for those who have pinchable fat that is resistant to diet and exercise. Unlike gastric bypass surgery, CoolSculpting is not a weight loss solution for people who are obese. It is a safer, non-surgical alternative to liposuction. HOW MUCH DOES THE COOLSCULPTING PROCEDURE COST?

While pricing starts at $1000, your personal BodySquad Specialist will determine the best treatment plan for you and your body. We also offer CoolSculpting Packages that allow you to save money by bundling your sessions — the more you buy, the more you save.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION AND HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Depending on the target area and your goals, sessions typically take anywhere between 30-60 minutes, and it may require a number of treatments.
WHERE DOES THE FAT GO? ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?
Think of how the body eliminates a bruise over time — it is the same way the body eliminates the treated fat after a CoolSculpting session. The treated fat cells are chilled and then naturally eliminated from the body over several months. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.
WHAT DOES COOLSCULPTING FEEL LIKE?
As the cooling begins during the first few minutes of the procedure, you will feel pressure and intense coldness. This soon dissipates and the area will feel numb. You may also feel a slight tugging or pulling sensation. Most people find the procedure very comfortable and often read, watch TV, work, or even take a nap during their treatment.
IS THE COOLSCULPTING PROCEDURE SAFE?
Yes, the CoolSculpting procedure is safe, as it’s FDA-cleared to treat 9 different areas of the body:

IS THERE ANYONE WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE THE COOLSCULPTING PROCEDURE?
The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. The CoolSculpting procedure is also not an obesity treatment. As with any medical procedure, it’s important to consider whether CoolSculpting is right for you. During your initial BodySquad assessment, we will review your personal information and discuss your potential treatment plan.
Can I return to normal activities after my treatment?
Yes! One of the best parts about CoolSculpting is that it’s completely non-surgical and includes virtually no recovery time or downtime. Most people return to their normal activities immediately.
WHEN WILL I SEE THE COOLSCULPTING RESULTS?
You may start to see changes as quickly as 4 weeks after your treatment and will experience the most dramatic results after 3 months. Your body will continue to flush out fat cells for up to 4-6 months after treatment.
DO I NEED TO TAKE SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTS OR FOLLOW A STRICT EXERCISE OR EATING PROGRAM?
No, supplements are not required and you do not have to adopt new exercise or eating habits. However, we always recommend a healthy lifestyle to promote ultimate well-being. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GAIN WEIGHT DOWN THE ROAD?
CoolSculpting does not stop you from gaining weight, but many people, after seeing the results, take even better care of themselves going forward. If you do gain weight, you’ll gain it evenly across your body, similar to how you lose weight. With that being said, because a treated area has fewer fat cells, you may notice that the weight gain doesn’t show as much in the treated areas. This can vary from body to body depending on the amount of weight gained.
