COOLTONEยฎ IS NOT A TRANSCUTANEOUS ELECTRICAL NERVE STIMULATION (TENS) UNIT.
A TENS Unit sends electronic stimulation through the skin. In order to impact the muscles, the device would have to be set to an uncomfortably high level, which would make the skin feel like itโs being burned. This is why these devices have never been successful in true muscle stimulation and growth โ they are better suited for treating pain.

Is there any downtime or pre/post-treatment care?

WHAT DOES THE COOLTONEยฎ TREATMENT FEEL LIKE?

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CANNOT HAVE THE COOLTONEยฎ PROCEDURE?
CoolToneยฎ uses electromagnetic energy so anyone unable to have an MRI is not a good candidate for this procedure. You are not eligible if you have a pacemaker or untreated hernia in the targeted area. This treatment is also not appropriate while you are pregnant.
