Meet Dr. Janet Allenby
Janet Allenby, DO is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in cosmetic treatments. She has been practicing in South Florida for more than two decades. Dr. Allenby grew up in the southwest and graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991. She brings highly sought-after expertise and the very latest treatments to patients seeking solutions for aesthetic concerns.
Dr. Allenby has gained local notoriety and has been featured on local and national newscasts. As a renowned lecturer, she is often sought out for her dermatological knowledge. Dr. Allenby transcends the role of traditional aesthetic medicine and raises it to an art form. With her vast exposure to cutting-edge technology, she is able to utilize the newest and safest procedures to deliver impressive results for her patients’ faces and bodies.
Dr. Allenby owns and operates Allenby Cosmetic Dermatology, an established leader in cosmetic procedures and BodySculpting techniques. After recognizing the long-lasting results of BodySculpting technology, and wanting to offer more patients an exclusive suite devoted to such techniques, Dr. Allenby founded BodySquad. As one of the first practices to receive industry updates, Dr. Allenby makes it a priority to offer her patients the latest advancements in BodySculpting technology. Her customized services guarantee a precise sculpting experience that highlights her patients’ greatest assets.
On a personal level, Dr. Allenby enjoys living an active and energizing lifestyle, participating in water sports, skiing, and traveling. Dr. Allenby enjoys working hard and playing hard. She enjoys spending her time in both Florida and Colorado, where she can experience the best of both worlds!
Meet Bridgette
Bridgette has loved everything about the beauty industry since she was a child. She is a fully certified cosmetologist, esthetician, electrologist, laser technician, and make-up artist. She has happily worked with Dr. Allenby for over 12 years. She began as a laser technician and esthetician, she was then trained by Dr. Allenby as a Medical Assistant at Allenby Cosmetic Dermatology. Bridgette attended CoolSculpting University in 2016 and has been performing CoolSculpting treatments since 2011. She completed her CoolSculpting master’s certification in 2019.
Bridgette currently serves as the Operational Director for Allenby Cosmetic Dermatology and COO of BodySquad. In addition, Bridgette also serves as a national speaker for Allergan/Abbvie. Bridgette is so proud to be part of BodySquad’s founding team. She loves to turn concepts into reality. While Bridgette is mostly in “behind-the-scenes” roles, she absolutely loves watching the transformation of patients and sharing their stories as they experience how BodySculpting can change their entire view of themselves. Watching her team build their confidence from within and then sharing that with every patient who walks through those blue doors has been the most rewarding experience.
Bridgette was born and raised in South Florida and enjoys everything that the beach life has to offer. When she isn’t working, she loves to be on a boat with her hubby, relaxing with their three fur babies at home, or traveling the world and learning about new cultures.

Meet Melina
Melina was born and raised in NYC, a place that exposed her to the world of
modeling, acting, fashion and glamour. Melina fell in love with beauty at the age of 8, when she watched Miss Universe for the first time. Since then, her definition of
beauty has evolved from an external factor, to something that starts within.
At the age of 18, Melina spent a year in Colombia, where she immersed herself in the world of body contouring and esthetics. She later on went to become an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, where her love for body transformation kept growing. Always looking to merge her passion for helping people and beauty innovation, Melina became a fully certified esthetician and permanent makeup artist in 2015.
In 2021, Melina made the decision to move to South Florida to live her dream life of endless sun, beaches, and bikinis. While pursuing her passion, Melina was fortunate to find a family at BodySquad, and was gifted the opportunity to attend CoolSculpting University. Melina now enjoys a life full of purpose and love for her career to help people reach their body goals, and cultivate self love from the inside-out. As a strong believer in the power of body sculpting, Melina has treated her arms and waistline with oolSculpting, and continues to live a healthy life style.
Melina is excited for endless opportunities BodySquad has to offer, and all the lives she now has the opportunity to impact.
Meet Nadja
Nadja has worked in the medical field as an Aesthetician and Medical Assistant for over ten years. Her attention to detail and ability to create an exceptional patient experience led her to the art of BodySculpting. Nadja became a CoolSculpting provider in early 2016, and has since then facilitated thousands of treatments.She has immersed herself into this specialized field with extensive training from the manufacturers of CoolSculpting, giving her the highest level of certification. Since 2021 Nadja has served as an Allergan Faculty trainer which allows her to actively train other CoolSculpting practices around the nation in her advanced CoolSculpting techniques. Nadja has been an integral part of BodySquad from day one.As one of the co-founders she works hard to ensure each and every BodySquad patient has a top-notch and memorable experience. She prides herself in her work and provides the optimal patient outcome. She loves the ability to create and customize patients treatment plans with not only CoolSculpting but also combining other state of the art modalities that BodySquad offers. To her BodySquad is much more than helping patients achieve their body goals, it’s also a place where patients are able to regain their confidence. To be surrounded by women who will empower them and support them through out their journey.
As a mom of two, she understands the struggles women deal with postpartum and she finds it extremely rewarding to witness patient’s newfound confidence through their body sculpting journey.

Meet Morghan
Morghan had a dream to pursue a career where she could make people feel more confident in their own skin! She’s seen many people go through the struggle of insecurity, due to problematic skin, weight loss or lack of self confidence, which is why she chose to a career path to help others feel more confident within themselves.
Morghan was born in Texas. She moved to New York when she was 18, where she attended Esthetics school and received her estheticians license. She worked as an esthetician performing medical grade facials, makeup applications and lash
extensions.
Morghan recently moved to Florida to further her career. She became a dual licensed esthetician, in New York and Florida. She proudly accepted the opportunity from Body Squad to attend CoolSculpting University, and become a CoolSculpting specialist.
Morghan is incredibly grateful to be a part of the Body Squad team, and continue to instill self confidence in her patients lives!
Meet Haley
Haley joined our BodySquad family as a founding team member in 2019. While she came on board with zero experience in the body sculpting world, she quickly fell in love with the beauty in it all.
Just a few months into working for BodySquad, Haley obtained her Provider CoolSculpting Degree from CoolSculpting University and began facilitating treatments to patients. Born and raised in Georgia, Haley and her husband moved to South Florida in 2014. Her Georgia sweetness and love for life is why all the patients love her.Her smiling face is typically the first thing you will see when you walk into BodySquad!
